I highly recommend using an honest company like this one, Brandon and I were texting pictures of my system and the issues and he was able to point me in the correct direction. I made a mistake that no real pool guy would have made. Instead of lying to me and charging me anything he just called out what he saw wrong. I am not say just call him just for advice, he is a business however his conversation relieved so much stress. We just had concrete poured and coated in 16k worth of rubber coating all around the pool. We thought we were going to break into the concrete since we dug up the lines all the way to the edge of the concrete without finding any leaks. Brandon is a real person understanding all the hard work I had put in and just pointed me in the right direction to change everything. If you are having any pool leaking issues and issues with your pool system call LeakLab AZ and Brandon will help you out.

They came out, found the leak and the cause within minutes, even after I’ve had 2 different pool service people look at it, and they fixed it within hours.

Great service! Brandon was very professional and fixed everything up so fast, even over the holidays. Hopefully the pool pump doesn’t have another issue but if it does, I will definitely be calling him again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have to drain my pool to repair a leak?

No. Most pool leak repairs in Mesa are completed without draining. Underground plumbing repairs are done by accessing only the confirmed leak location, and many structural and fitting repairs are performed underwater. Draining is actually risky in Mesa’s caliche soil. An empty shell can float or crack, especially during monsoon season when ground moisture shifts fast. We drain only when there is no alternative, and we tell you before we start.

Only the area directly above the confirmed leak, usually a few square feet rather than a trench. That is the whole point of running detection first. Accurate location means targeted excavation. Concrete is cut cleanly and patched afterward. Pavers, travertine, and flagstone common on Mesa pool decks are lifted and reset rather than broken.

Most repairs are finished in one day once detection confirms the location. Simple fixes like skimmer seals, fittings, and light niches are often handled in the same visit. Underground plumbing that requires cutting and patching concrete usually takes two visits, one to repair and one to finish the surface. We schedule Mesa repairs quickly because summer pool downtime is not something anyone wants to wait out.

It happens more often than people expect, particularly in older Mesa pools where decades of soil movement have stressed the entire system. Our detection process tests every line and component instead of stopping at the first problem found, so you get the full picture up front rather than a second bill three weeks later. Pricing for multiple repairs is quoted together before any work begins.

Sometimes, depending on your policy and what the leak damaged. Arizona policies more often cover resulting damage such as an undermined deck, a flooded yard, or a compromised foundation, rather than the pipe repair itself. Documentation decides most claims, so we provide a written report with test results, photos, and the confirmed leak location, formatted for submission to your carrier. Check your policy language or ask your adjuster what they need and we will match it.

Stop Losing Water. Start With Precision.

A leaking pool wastes water, chemicals, and money. But the bigger risk is structural damage beneath your deck.

LeakLab combines advanced detection technology with detailed reporting to deliver accurate, efficient pool leak repair in Mesa, Arizona.
